Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise Control (formerly ScreenConnect)

We use ScreenConnect across the whole company's network including all devices that have data for the company. ScreenConnect allows the IT department to access all devices to maintain functionality.
  • Full access for IT
  • Remote access
  • Ease of use
  • infrequent use causes confusion on connectivity
  • Ease of use
  • Remote connections
  • IT does not have to be onsite
All other remote connections required people on both ends. This delayed access and function correction.
ScreenConnect works for us.

Using ConnectWise Control (formerly ScreenConnect)

Once I figured out how to connect to a remote computer, all was fine and I can now see the remote computer easily. Each computer has to have the software installed and I have to have a unique login/password to access the other computer. Once logged in I can control the remote computer using the shortcuts available to get it to do what I need.
