Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise Control (formerly ScreenConnect)
We have two IT support specialists who frequently need to remote connect to laptops used by our in-field sales team members or field technicians (approx. 30 users total) in order to troubleshoot reported issues. ScreenConnect has simplified the process of establishing these sessions and improved the experience of them in comparison to our prior solution. Additionally, we have around 10 on-site systems which various employees use during working hours, but who also need to access them when off-site, and ScreenConnect has provided an easy to use means of access.

- Convenient between-system file transfers
- Reliable session continuation post-reboots
- The subscription plans could be a bit more varied or flexible to accommodate differing needs.
- The initial incentive to switch to ScreenConnect was because it cut our previous solution's cost in half.
- However, over the 18 or so months we have been using it we have also realized better performance and features too.
