Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise Control (formerly ScreenConnect)

We use ScreenConnect to remotely monitor SBC devices built on Linux. It has been invaluable to view the screen and be able to reboot / update the devices.

Pros

  • Supports Linux ARM devices
  • Lightweight install
  • Unattended access

Cons

  • Better UI
  • View Only Access
  • Easier to use API
  • Lower Cost of ownership
  • Less trips to onsite
  • Quicker turnaround
Better pricing model than LogMeIn. Cloud enabled is a big plus.
Works well for unattended access behind firewalls.
