Overall Satisfaction with ScreenConnect

Our business uses ScreenConnect primarily for remote support for our client devices. These remote sessions are useful to quickly troubleshoot computer issues and provide technical support when physical on-site support is not an option. ScreenConnect is also used for remote management of our in-house Linux and Microsoft Windows servers. Our organization has used the remote access service on various Windows, Apple and Linux based systems.
  • Simple system in place to start remote access sessions with clients and devices. System provides multiple options to include email invitation and web portal. Even customers with limited computer experience are able to setup the software.
  • ScreenConnect really shines on a Windows based computer, but other platforms are supported (to include Ubuntu, OS X and Android). Great interface during remote access sessions with quick access to tools and settings
  • Management of ScreenConnect is easy and system provides a lot of functions for a reason price. Minimal time required to gain a solid understand of the ScreenConnect system and software navigation.
  • Support for multiple monitor setups is very handy and allowing the selection of individual or all display outputs during the remote sessions.
  • We have only had one situation in the past year in which there were connectivity problems with ScreenConnect. Although the problem was system wide (false positive error by Webroot caused a problem with ScreenConnect servers), the online status portal is not useful and ScreenConnect support was slow on providing updates.
  • OS X remote access software missing some of the great features of the Windows version like one click reboot..
  • Helped reduce need for on-site visits by technicians.
  • Allowed us to provide support to customers that are outside of our local market.
  • Quick management of devices that are in physically secure areas.
  • Due to ease of use and installation process on Windows and OS X, customers value ScreenConnects simplicity.
Screenconnect is the preferred option due to ease of use and multiple platform support. The built-in tools of ScreenConnect and integration with RepairShopr have simplified the remote support process.
[The] System is very useful for any tech support company that uses RepairShopr. ScreenConnect is fully integrated with this customer support platform. We get the most use out of it on Windows devices and found the system useful on Apple computers. Feels very buggy on systems running Ubuntu and cannot recommend it for Linux without a backup remote access option.
