Overall Satisfaction with SeekOut
I formerly worked at Thomson Reuters and I used SeekOut on a daily basis, mostly to find executive-level diverse candidates. The filters in SeekOut made it extremely fast and efficient to find those top talent diverse candidates.
- Finds Diverse candidates quickly.
- Keeps updated on contact information for candidates.
- Allows you to create special saved filters to make searches more efficient.
- Great cloning feature to find "like" candidates for hard to fill positions.
- Great customer support!
- User friendly dashboard/interface.
- Sometimes the profiles in SeekOut do not integrate when clicking on LI profiles.
- Most of the time contact information is up to date, but could be better at times.
- Diversity feature is not always 100% accurate.
- Potential to add additional features - suggest utilizing surveys for users to provide feedback.
- Finding more diverse candidates.
- Finding technical candidates that are not necessarily on LinkedIn through other resources available through SeekOut, i.e. Github, etc.
- Made our job easier and more efficient.
