Overall Satisfaction with SeekOut
SeekOut is helping us address our need for an additional robust sourcing tool instead of solely relying on Linkedin Recruiter. As well as AI sourcing support, diversity, and inclusion focused sourcing efforts
- SeekOut's diversity filters are extremely simple and dynamic.
- Customer power filters
- Bias reducer
- SeekOut's AI feature and profile matching doesn't provide the most reliable matches on the candidate profile.
- SeekOut has room to improve when it comes to the job titles you can include. You must select one that they have pre-populated and if you want something different you'll need to use a Boolean string
- Increased representation and diversity
- Streamlined DEI sourcing strategy
- More access to qualified technical talent
Pros: Better diversity sourcing features, more nimble in adjusting filters and toggling in and out of filters when on a search Cons: You end up getting directed back to Linkedin Recruiter anyways so you really need to use the tools in tandem
