Overall Satisfaction with SeekOut

SeekOut is helping us address our need for an additional robust sourcing tool instead of solely relying on Linkedin Recruiter. As well as AI sourcing support, diversity, and inclusion focused sourcing efforts
  • SeekOut's diversity filters are extremely simple and dynamic.
  • Customer power filters

  • SeekOut's AI feature and profile matching doesn't provide the most reliable matches on the candidate profile.
  • SeekOut has room to improve when it comes to the job titles you can include. You must select one that they have pre-populated and if you want something different you'll need to use a Boolean string
  • Increased representation and diversity
  • Streamlined DEI sourcing strategy
  • More access to qualified technical talent
Our client success manager has been amazing in supporting our needs in implementation, training, and creating custom power filters for our organization
Pros: Better diversity sourcing features, more nimble in adjusting filters and toggling in and out of filters when on a search Cons: You end up getting directed back to Linkedin Recruiter anyways so you really need to use the tools in tandem

Pros: Companies with a DEI focus on sourcing, technical recruiting where you can leverage its technical scoring from websites like Github, high volume recruiting Cons: Smaller companies are probably better off sticking to LinkedIn Recruiter and utilizing creative boolean searches. SeekOut is not a great option for people looking to utilize messaging sequencing. When looking at a candidate's profile it takes you to LinkedIn and ends up being the easiest to just sent an email.

Using SeekOut

Using SeekOut is very intuitive. Lots of multi-select boxes, toggle switches, and keyword boxes. If you have any experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut is not a far jump in learning how to use it effectively. I will say that adding candidates to projects doesn't necessarily feel like an intuitive process after you've been redirected to LinkedIn to look at a candidate's profile
