Overall Satisfaction with SeekOut

We use SeekOut mainly for diversity sourcing. We utilize the "bias reducer" feature to ensure unbiased candidate searches. We utilized the extra filters to narrow down candidate searches across all our lines of business, including internal sourcing as well as for our clients. We have a focus on unbiased sourcing/recruiting, and this tool has aided our goal of that.

Pros

Cons

  • Having more profiles with updated contact info.
  • Having a feature for 'more likely to engage or 'ready to work' to rival some other search tools.
  • Improved recruiter sourcing results.
  • Increased efficiency in candidate searches.
  • More effective unbiased recruiting efforts.
The support has been fantastic. The SeekOut team has taken the time to perform one-on-one training as well as group training. These sessions were recorded, and links were provided for reference for everyone on our team. The SeekOut team was also available throughout the week if any issues/questions were to come up. Knowledgeable support team and great customer service.
Way more search options with SeekOut than Indeed. There are way more search features with SeekOut and thus, the ability to narrow down qualified candidates.

I feel the tool is exceptional in narrowing down and finding qualified candidates with relative ease compared to other search sites. There are a ton of options and filters to create a great search. The tool is easy to use and adapt to whatever search is needed. There are some profiles that have outdated contact info, but you can always connect via their LinkedIn profile which is provided.
