Overall Satisfaction with SeekOut
We use it as a sourcing tool and diversity formulations
- Diversity percentages per location and skill
- AI that understands your searches and selects other similar candidates
- Sourcing from many locations including GitHub
- Better contact information on candidates (both email and phone)
- Templates for campaigns that have proven abilities to attract
- It has helped with diversity reporting
- We are seeing the hire ratio that we had hoped we would as contact information is spotty
It does have better AI and Diversity tools. Not sure about the rest as we only had a trial period.
