Overall Satisfaction with SeekOut

I use SeekOut for recruiting and passive sourcing. I use SeekOut to try to find candidates when other sources fail, but it's not usually my go-to. My organization is aiming to increase SeekOut usage, so I am working on training to improve my skills and find more value in Seekout's offerings.

At this stake of SeekOut implementation, I prefer using my other sources to SeekOut. I am working with my internal team and SeekOut's training options to see if there is a training issue that needs to be addressed to find better value.

Seekout is well-suited in situations where traditional sourcing methods (such as job listings, networking, passive search through other sources) fails. I have yet to find SeekOut as a great first-line passive-sourcing tool, but I'm hoping with time and better understanding of the product I'll utilize it more and more.
