Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I highly recommend SeekOut for any organization trying to grow diversity in their pipelines. We use this to see what is available in the market with a DEI lense. The People insights is a fantastic tool for understanding and sharing DEI data with your organization.

The biggest hiccup I havw had was it would consistently de-sync with Greenhouse ATS API integration. I found the support we had was agitated at times with our requests and felt a little bit short but when I got a new rep they were much more easy to do business with.

Alternatives Considered

Entelo

I prefer SeekOut over Entelo, Entelo's AI product is obnoxious, and the pushed for us to auto-message people who are not relevant. It felt like working for the system instead of it working for us.

Its great for helping me understand market data but is not as good of a messaging tool often the formatting on the messages is off and strange multi-colored or if you paste anything in you have to double check the preview to get it formatted properly. A feature to send from Gmail would be very nice.

Seekout for DEI Sourcing is excellent.
