Overall Satisfaction with SeekOut

We started a new project in Bogota, Colombia, and struggled to find professional talent. We were able to meet with our account rep, and he was able to assist us with boolean searches on SeekOut, and our search efforts to find candidates improved by using the tool.

Pros

  • Find diverse candidates.
  • Able to find talent using multiple search engines.

Cons

  • It would be nice if it could integrate with Workday.
  • In order to message candidates through LinkedIn, we need to pay for the LinkedIn subscription and SeekOut.
  • Reduced time finding talent.
  • Increased representation and diverse talent.
I have been delighted with the prompt responses from our account rep and his willingness to assist us when we have had a need to get more creative for boolean searches.
It is an excellent resource for finding top candidates by being able to tap into numerous search engines at one time.
