Overall Satisfaction with Seismic
Seismic is being used by our US and Canadian sales force (about 100 users), along with our marketing team and Seismic admin. Seismic is our central document repository for all marketing and sales collateral to support our sales reps to be successful and provide the necessary tools. This platform is how our sales reps communicate with our doctors and send product literature.
Pros
- LiveSend analytics, so sales reps can understand when and how doctors engage with our product content to make more informed selling choices.
- LiveDocs which allows custom presentations to tailor content for specific customers.
- Workspace to create a personal share drive for reps to customize their product storage.
Cons
- We see bugs and glitches every so often when a software update is needed.
- We'd like to have LiveSend have the ability to email many customers at one time.
- The iPad app [should] have the search toolbar functionality when searching in the Live Send view.
- Positive impact, specific ROI scenarios with rep success stories caused by Seismic use.
- Difficult to track exact ROI, but H2 sales (when we started using Seismic) are incrementally stronger than H1.
