It is used as a Sales Enablement Platform. It is used by our Sales and Technical teams to address having the right content at the right time to win deals.

Seismic offers a more personalized user experience, with more analytics, a cleaner interface, and more responsive customer support.
They initially respond within a few hours and continue to follow up with regular communications on how the ticket is progressing.
