Overall Satisfaction with Sendinblue
The marketing department recently started using Sendinblue to create, manage and track our bulk customer emails. Previously the I.T. department would simply use an SMPT service to send an HTML email with no tracking or reporting. Our email list consists of approximately 90,000 customers and we used Sendinblue for the first time on December 1, 2021. It was a very positive experience, with high deliverability rates and excellent reporting, which is allowing us to now clean up our email and customer lists. We will also be implementing the API in the future to help generate reporting on other platforms, and are looking forward to those possibilities. We are using the Premium plan and had a few initial questions, which were answered with a simple phone call. They are also very responsive to the support ticketing system. Our marketing specialist who creates the email is able to put a complex email together in a matter of hours, where it previously had taken days working with an outside contractor and our I.T. department. Excellent product so far!

- The interface was easy to use, but you definitely needed to 'explore' it thoroughly to understand all the possibilities for manipulating the content.

- The amount of time we save by being able to create the email from concept to completion, all by one person, is astronomical.
- We save some cost by using the Sendinblue stock image options
For email creation, delivering, and reporting, I would put Sendinblue in the same category (if not higher for overall value) as the other email platforms I have used.
