Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring

We use SharpSpring as our CRM, email management tool, nurture and automation, and reporting tool. We also implement this for some clients to provide improved sales and marketing results. Thus we use it across our entire organization. This allows us to improve our marketing experience for prospects and maintain a higher level of consistency and insight.

  • The value is outstanding; you get an extremely robust tool for a great price.

  • The set up requires some technical knowledge and a significant time investment.
  • The training is self-serve, so I haven't developed my skills with the tool as much as I'd like because I don't get prompts on what's the next best thing to learn.
  • We have built segmented lists quickly and have the ability to send out new offers or content to an engaged audience.
  • Because we can see the life of the lead, our sales conversations are much more effective and this has helped to increase the number of deals we've closed

SharpSpring offers an incredible amount of functionality and visibility in one single tool, which makes our campaigns more cohesive and our efforts more efficient. The pricing is excellent and they continue to add more functionality without dramatic price increases. The ease of use was good and we've been thrilled with the level of support we've received. I found the HubSpot training to be overwhelming and cumbersome and many of the other tools out there with equivalent features are extremely expensive for a smaller company.
SharpSpring is outstanding for companies looking to simplify and improve their marketing technology since it combines CRM, email, social, reporting, automation, chatbot, calendar scheduling, and more.
It's also outstanding for aligning sales and marketing efforts. This is especially useful for B2B companies to help the sales team provide improved lead follow up and being able to access valuable content and resources easily. The CRM is simple to use and can be adopted quickly by a team. It's a great tool for any company looking to improve their inbound marketing efforts and/or their sales team's effectiveness.
