Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring
We use SharpSpring as our CRM, email management tool, nurture and automation, and reporting tool. We also implement this for some clients to provide improved sales and marketing results. Thus we use it across our entire organization. This allows us to improve our marketing experience for prospects and maintain a higher level of consistency and insight.

SharpSpring offers an incredible amount of functionality and visibility in one single tool, which makes our campaigns more cohesive and our efforts more efficient. The pricing is excellent and they continue to add more functionality without dramatic price increases. The ease of use was good and we've been thrilled with the level of support we've received. I found the HubSpot training to be overwhelming and cumbersome and many of the other tools out there with equivalent features are extremely expensive for a smaller company.
