Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring

We are a marketing agency and sell services to other B2B companies where SharpSpring is included. SharpSpring is a very good match for our customers because it is easy to use and the price is affordable. We are still in the running of being better at using SharpSpring within our own organization so we can use our own experience when helping our clients.
  • Life of the lead is the best overview compared to other Marketing Automation platforms.
  • It is easy to connect Zapier and Databox.
  • The support is awesome and they are very quick at replying.
  • Our Account Manager Chloe is the best! She has been a great help solving some important tasks for our clients.
  • It would be nice if the return bottom only went one step backwards especially in the mail function.
  • One of my clients really wants the old sales dashboard back.
  • Improve the merge function and make it possible to keep two mail addresses on the same profile. Often the leads we get from LinkedIn are a private mail like a gmail and when we start a dialog we use the corporate mail.
  • Being able to offer our clients access to SharpSpring is a great opportunity to get a dialog and show them a demo of the smart functions. We use it to attract new leads and have gotten around 20 qualified leads in 2020.
It is great value compared with the price but there is still room for improvement and developing more features.
