Overall Satisfaction with Skilljar
We use Skilljar as our LMS to power our Academy. Our Academy provides product-specific education and use case education, including new hire onboarding, internal comms, and product enablement. Our Academy aims to solve problems across the entire customer journey, with a heavier emphasis on easing onboarding friction.
- The folks at Skilljar are all pretty great, our values closely align.
- The annual conference is spectacular and probably (definitely?) the best Customer Education conference available.
- It would be great to drag and drop lessons from one course to the next. There's some work to be done with content authoring.
- Our education is free, and often customers will ask if we can provide SCORM packages for our courses. Skilljar doesn't provide this functionality. :(
- We've seen teams reach our activation metrics faster and ultimately convert to paid customers as a result of Academy education.
