Overall Satisfaction with Skilljar Customer Education Software
Skilljar allows us to scale customer training as we grow. Before, we relied on CSMs training each customer 1:1. Now, we're saving hundreds of hours by offering on-demand e-learning.
- The UI is very sleek and easy to navigate from the learner's perspective.
- Great implementation and customer support.
- Helpful out of the box integrations.
- Great community.
- No preview or testing capabilities-- getting around this requires a ton of unnecessary duplicative pages and courses.
- No bulk actions, so copying lessons into multiple courses is extremely tedious.
- Learning paths are missing a lot of functionality that standalone courses have.
- Doesn't integrate well with Rise360 and other authoring tools.
- Reduces CSM time spent on training.
- Allows us to integrate various training initiatives for a better learner experience.
- We haven't been able to tie our Skilljar metrics to business metrics yet, so limited ability to comment here.

Skilljar is the best LMS for Quorum’s training needs. While Skilljar is missing a few features offered by their also highly-rated competitors, Docebo and Absorb, they offer a cheaper and more simple pricing model. They also offer a better user experience and more features than WorkRamp, the cheapest of the top four options. The user experience of the LMS is crucial to its adoption and success. Skilljar offers a very modern UI but is a standout because of its design’s simplicity. Specifically designed for customer education, Skilljar did not look like a school portal, but instead like an external help site. Skilljar’s simple design makes it much more intuitive for customers to use. Additionally, the academy can be branded to match Quorum’s look and feel using custom HTML and CSS. This means that, if we wanted to devote the time and resources to it, we could completely control the UI of the LMS, unlike competitors, which restrict the amount of possible customization. Skilljar offers nearly every feature on both the must-have and nice-to-have list. WorkRamp, while significantly cheaper, is missing some key features such as a fully developed Salesforce integration, gamification, SCORM reporting, and communication tools.
