Overall Satisfaction with Skype
We are conducting all main communication activities inside Skype. Both personally and in groups across the whole organization. With Skype, we are solving a lot of various communicative issues, especially during COVID-19. We have various groups inside our organization, separated by the specific department, and via Skype, we are managing all our professional activities.

Skype has a way better user interface, which is considerably more convenient to use. Obviously, compared to the competitors, Skype stands out as more professional software, which is supported on a lot of devices on different operating systems. As for me, Skype is also more usability optimized, here you always know where to find something you need.
