Overall Satisfaction with Skype for Business

We use Skype for Business to hold meetings with internal and external customers across the whole organization. We are able to connect with people all over the world, we usually share presentations, record meetings and discuss all kinds of topics.
  • It's easy to use since it's integrated with outlook, you can schedule calls and it includes the information to join the meeting automatically.
  • You can easily call or chat co-workers when needed.
  • I like the functionalit to tag for status alerts, to know when someone is online.
  • I would like to be able to record a meeting even if I'm using the phone.
  • It should include a way to raise a hand to ask questions.
  • Sometimes you are kicked out from meetings, without any notice or apparent reason.
  • I don't know about the ROI, is something that we are not informed about.
  • AT&T Connect
We had a similar situation, when the server was saturated, it was impossible to connect, but you could raise your hand to ask questions, it had polling and Q&A. You could also record the meetings, even when you connected through phone.
It works well in most cases, but I guess that when the server is saturated, then the quality of the call is not good and sometimes is hard to stay on the call for long, since it kicks you out repeteadly.
