Use Cases and Deployment Scope

It's used by our whole organization and also with our customers and potential customers. We mainly use Skype for Business with Outlook to plan online meetings and also to make online meetings with potential customers. Last month I think we made more than 20 meetings like this and I think that we will have more and more like this.

Alternatives Considered

WhatsUp Gold, Skype, ClickMeeting and Slack

It is easier to chat on Slack and whatsapp.Skype For Business is much better for video collaboration that ClickMeeting. We have a problem with ClickMeeting because it uses Flash technology and not every browser supports this technology well. I think that long-term we will use Skype for business for video conferencing.

Skype for Business video conferencing is well-suited for all sizes of companies, especially those that are current Microsoft customers. Companies can use Skype for Business video conferencing as a stand-alone tool, installed on a computer or as a web-based solution. As a web-based solution, it is very good to contact customers that don't have Skype for Business.
