Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use this product firm-wide. We use it for all of our calling and messaging needs. This product really saved us during the pandemic when we were all forced to go remote. Just plug in a headset and bam you have a full feature phone that you can use.

Microsoft Teams

I have also used MS teams, and, while I find it similar, I feel like Skype is more user-friendly with the calling and messaging features that it has. Teams is good for meetings but Skype handles those as well also. Overall, Skype suits my needs. I have heard rumors that Skype is being phased out and I hope that is not the case.

10 for sure! I think it is great. Instead of having to use my cell phone when working from home, I just plug the headset in and am able to make calls, message, and attend meetings. I also use the Skype app for meetings on the go. I couldn't be happier with the way the program works.
