Overall Satisfaction with Skype for Business (formerly Lync)

Skype for Business is very easy and convenient tool used for messaging across our company. It is used by whole organization to communicate virtually. We find it best while seeing other user screen and when presenting the screen to others. Voice clarity are so clear and precise in the group meeting.
Easily send and receive the files. What else we need!!

We have Skype and teams both in the company. Teams GUI is very great when compared to Skype and also it has more features and options.
It works with other 365 products. File storage, video quality is much better. Also, application integration are tremendous. It shows best suited for working environment.

It is well suited well having one-to-one contact with someone within the network. It looks easy to use at first sight. Looks less appropriate when having a group calls and to identity who is talking at the moment.

I find it very [good] when communication with someone. It is so easy and very user friendly.
