Overall Satisfaction with Slack
Slack is used as means of communication by us and clients as well by our colleagues. It is used by a department only. It's reduced our internal email. All our work is now done at a faster rate than before due to faster communication. In my opinion, it is way faster than Skype for Business.

- Need a feature of video conferencing as well.
- Slack is a free tool, we haven't seen any negative impact.
- We can get help more quicker which means we can spend more time doing the actual work.
