Overall Satisfaction with Slack

Slack is perfect for communication between large organizations and within different departments. I like how you can send announcements to entire departments or to individual workers.
  • Slack offers notification features for different departments.
  • Slack allows one to send private messages to administrators.
  • Slack allows one to send group messages.
  • Slack could allow for a video chat feature.
  • It needs to feature more emojis and stickers for its messages.
  • It also needs a voice messaging feature like Whatsapp.
  • It has allowed me to be able to communicate with over 1000 employees.
  • I can easily communicate with supervisors.
  • I am kept up to date with scheduling.
Slack is the perfect professional communication tool. One does not need phone numbers to add contacts, just create an online account with a work email address.
Support is good when needed, but I haven't needed it much. It is perfect for business but lacks a video chat feature.

Viber, Zoom, Salesforce CPQ (formerly SteelBrick)
Slack is well suited as a platform for professional announcements to large groups. It is not well suited for personal video chatting.
