Overall Satisfaction with Slack
I am using slack in my current company and [used it at my] previous company for 3 years. It has a rich set of options, we can integrate [it with] our build tools. Some of my favorite [features] include integration with SumoLogs and alerting if there are exceptions, group chatting with the concerned department, and creating channels for groups. We can't run our regular job without Slack. I am using Slack mostly for 40% of my work. I hardly use email after using Slack.

- Ability to dynamically add other people to a group channel
- It is easy to use. A new member can easily adopt and get excellent use of this tool.
