It is used for communication purposes in our organization. It provides many features like video calling, chatting, huddle, and also status [updates]. It is also used department-wise [for] creating different groups for different departments and [improving] team communication. It connects different departments or teams as one organization.

But it is not well suited for non-technical [enterprises].
