Overall Satisfaction with Slack
We've been using Slack ever since our company started. It helps us communicate with each other especially since our offices are all spread out across the globe. It's very UI-friendly and easy to use. You could integrate a lot of apps on it as well. I love how it's customizable as well and we could edit the platform colors to fit our brand. It helps us update each other on what we're currently working on and/or what needs to be reviewed.

- Easy to talk with someone ever since the Huddle feature came out

Cons
- Video call on slack has always been hard though
- It helps improves communication overall
Slack has way more features than Skype. On Skype, you could only chat, send files & do video calls. Whereas in Slack, everything looks much more personalized. You could collapse channels & DMs so it's not too crowded on the app. You could set a status and integrate lots of software into it especially Geekbot. I love Geekbot when it comes to team updates and all.
