Overall Satisfaction with Slack
We use Slack for 90% of our internal communication - we use it for 1:1 messaging, for group messaging and have a number of fun, non-work related channels as well. It's a great way to share all sorts of documents, quotes and images with one another.

Slack is more than just a communication tool - its an organization tool as well and it helps keep my teams and thoughts all in the right place. It scales up effectively as your org grows which is really helpful. It also includes enough features to make it fun and let people's personalities show through.
