Overall Satisfaction with Slack
We use Slack for most of our internal communications, as well [as] for integrating with some of the software and services we use. It's great because it's the single service everyone uses - so you can always reach out to anyone in the company using it, as well as get notified when something related to me as a user happens via a @mention.

- Be less resource intensive
- More power-user features
- Easier communication with coworkers
- Great integrations with a lot of our services, shortens time [spent] context-switching
Teams [are] a lot less polished, and a lot heavier. It has better integrations with Microsoft Office, but if you're not big on the Microsoft ecosystem, I think Slack is the better alternative of the two.
