Overall Satisfaction with Slack
We use Slack to create channels to do internal communication between departments. We use it in our support department to Slack issues and communicate problem tickets. We also use it for fun - like for the party planning committee and fun office photos!

- Customization.
- Allowing more than 8 people in a group chat without having to create a channel.
- There were a lot of outages this year.
- Creating channels.
- Phone huddles.
- Pinning comments.
- Positive - group communication and brought us closer together.
- Allows for fun - nice to have a program that is fun to use.
I didn't like it at all. Hard to keep track of messages and wasn't as user-friendly.
