Overall Satisfaction with Slack

we use Slack for all internal communications between the departments of the company. We Love Slack!! We used to use Teams but I feel like Slack is way more efficient and doesn't crash as often. We also use the integrations with google calendar, Trello, google drive and Jira. Very great tool

Teams always crashes and the 2 steps authentication was really annoying to go through. I liked Google Chat but Slack is more user friendly

We use it for all internal communications between the departments, especially sending notes and attachments, it is also great for calls between 2 to 4 people. For bigger call meetings I'd still rather use Google Meets because it is better suited compared to Slack. Overall a great tool to use for companies
