Overall Satisfaction with Slack

We're using Slack as an internal team communication tool. Every project from clients to our own are in an own channel. It makes our team 100% more efficient.

Pros

  • Channel communication
  • Video & voice messages
  • Notification management

Cons

  • Sending other files than the usual ones
  • Some settings are just accessible through the browser, this can be done in the app also
  • Positive in terms of communication with internal and external stuff
  • Meetings with video or audio within the platform and nothing external
It's easy to use and friendly to set-up. None of the people we used to work with had any problems with using Slack
Asana makes project management easy but not the communications. When you're working with remote or global teams, it's necessary to have options in an app to channel work and communicate efficiently.
