Overall Satisfaction with Slack

I use Slack every day for collaboration with my team, my colleagues, and connecting with different parts of the organization. Slack makes it easy to connect with leadership and manager. Slack helps address issues by giving you a way to reach out to those who can help or have experience with solving specific issues. Going in channels and working with other parts of the organization helps solve problems as well.

Pros

  • Connect and communicate effectively through Slack
  • Different channels provide mediums to getting what you need accomplished
  • The integration with other sales tools make it simple to collaborate with others

Cons

  • Slack offers seamless integration and I find not too much room for Improvement
  • Slack has had a positive and great ROI on my overall business objectives
  • Easier Communication between team members and steak holders
  • Effective Collaboration
I gave Slack a 10 for usability because of its effectiveness and it is highly usable. Slack is also easy to use with a seamless integration of other apps and APIs. Slack's usability is seamless and works really well. Slack is also a great organizational tool with many great uses.

Slack is well suited for quicker and on the fly communication with your teammates, colleagues, management. It can be quicker to easier find the answers you need through endless channels and company specific services built in those channels. I would say it is less appropriate when needing to reach out or make calls to customers.
