Overall Satisfaction with Slack
We usually use Slack between colleagues, When not discussing sensiive matter, sometimes to pass the time and chat or extracurricular meeting regarding compny and eployees relationship. Slack s easier to use when it's just for communication between departments or teams.
The communication and chats stay organied in a way that doesnt cause any visual noise too!

Pros
- Instantaneous and transparent context, with channels- Slack has made catching up on a project so much easier.
- Meetings had been made efficient with the huddles
- Requesting things have never been easier. Now using the no-code workflow builder I started to work with HR for new forms to send to our employees for easier requesting
Cons
- Poor reliability and performance on the mobile version, (Android) always crashing or not syncing
- Unfortunately, The limitedannd expensve meeting capabilities take a toll on the usual performance of our teams
- Data security is not on point, the encryption on messages is a concer for highly sensitive conversations
- Decreased loss of focus
- Security data risks
- Loss of context
It's just an actual messaging soft ware to use, compard to other that can be underwhelming or just not useful when your company is growing, Slack keep unity and option for communication that caters anyone, depending on what they feel comfortable and with what type or works they are dealing with
