Overall Satisfaction with SmartRecruiters

SmartRecruiters is an easy employment site that I can post job listings on multiple websites. I am a franchise, but my corporate office recommends each franchisee use the product. I have used it multiple times in order to fill vacant positions. I have been very pleased with it and will continue to use it in the future.
  • Easy to set up templates for later use.
  • Can pick which websites you want job positions posted to.
  • Only have to pay one time instead of multiple websites.
  • I use this site regularly and it is easy to navigate.
There are times that we get many applicants, but of those applicants, many are not qualified for the job.
Simple and easy.
  • I have been able to speed up the process of hiring because of the opportunity to post the same listing to multiple sites at the same time.
  • If the potential applicant is not able to use the website then they are probably not the applicant we want.

I think that SmartRecruiters is a good way to send out job postings and is easy to use.
Have not had to use their support.
If you plan on doing hiring to grow your company I would use SmartRecruiters because it is easy to navigate and list openings. I feel they are working to keep the website fresh and easy to use.

This is an easy site to post listings on all the major job boards.
No, we use SmartRecruiters as a standalone recruiting solution.
This is a franchise and this is handled at the home office.

1 - I am the sole person at my location that uses SmartRecruiters, and I do all the hiring as well.
1 - Just need simple web based navigation skills.
