Overall Satisfaction with Smartsheet
Smartsheet was used by our project managers to track and collate notes, bugs and comments from our clients. Rather than give them access to our internal issue tracker, we could set up Smartsheet as an outward facing lower-cost solution.
- Smartsheet is a quick way to make simple and effective spreadsheets.
- The templates provided are powerful and useful.
- Role management was a snap.

Sheets by Google lacks the super-useful premade templates and locks people into using their Gmail addresses.
