Overall Satisfaction with Smartsheet
Our entire product management team is using Smartsheet as way to quickly update other teams on our current projects. It addresses the inconsistency we have had in tracking and reporting on our projects to leadership.
- Real time updates are great
- The dashboard view is fantastic for leadership
- Sharing is easy
- More space for notes
- Historical snapshots
- More control without being an admin
- Less time spent reviewing on meetings
I think they serve completely different purposes. Smartsheet is a high level, consistent reporting tool. Microsoft Project has more auto features and allows for more details.
