Overall Satisfaction with Smartsheet

We use Smartsheet company-wide to manage a variety of topics including project timelines, accounting, and documents. In our specific department I utilize it to track our annual goals, project documents, brokerage invoices and projects. I use the relationship with Salesforce to make sure deals keep moving and information is correct across platforms.

MS Access is not user-friendly or intuitive. It is hard to use and hard to understand. I prefer Smartsheet - it is user-friendly and has so many intuitive functions and commands that you can build. It is a fantastic report builder and data and time tracking tool.
This is a great tool for anyone that needs to track ANY kind of data. From Accounting to Project Timelines to Invoicing to Document Library, this is an awesome tool worth investing in.

I prefer Smartsheet over Excel and it's hard for me to say when using it is less appropriate because it is really that great. I love that I can share in real time with other users and it is extraordinarily helpful. I feel like the templates are better too. They have something for just about every need and if it's not exact, it's easy to manipulate.
