Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop
I use Splashtop to assist with our helpdesk support team and for regularly connecting to remote stationary computers.
When an end-user is experiencing difficulty connecting to VPN, printers, etc. We use SOS Splashtop to help them get back up and running. I love the file transfer feature and ease of use. I use Splashtop to connect to my stationary computers and check in with them once a month to keep them updated and ready to use.

- Remote connection to common area computers to keep them up to date.
- Support desk help, connecting with end users.
- The ability to wake a connected computer without having to manually turn it on.
- A slightly easier way to file transfer.
- end user, connection memory. It would be nice to have a memory of frequent end user connections for a connection to the computer when the end user is away from their workstation.
- Less travel, cost of fuel compared to cost of program.
- Less employee needs in the IT Department.
- More hands on devices to keep equipment clean and in service longer.
All I know is, I am able to connect when I need to and I feel safe knowing our connection is safe.
I was up and running in 1 day, I had most of my computers and Technicians set up immediately.
