Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop

We use Splashtop remote access throughout our company to enable employees to access their PCs from home as needed. Our IT department also uses Splashtop to provide remote support to all of our employees. We also provide some of our vendors with access to remote into particular servers that they help administer and troubleshoot.
  • It performs well consistently and has impressive uptime
  • It's easy to use, with a relatively intuitive interface
  • Can remote into systems via mobile apps on smartphone or tablet
  • The mobile interface on the phone is challenging to use, especially when needing to type
  • It's often prompting to update the Splashtop Business app on PC, and it's a disruptive and somewhat time-consuming process
  • When you set up a new user, the default access is all devices, should be no devices
  • Hard to imagine operating without it: great value for the cost
Haven't needed support anytime recently
Strong security, especially with two-factor authentication enabled for all users. No issues with hacks, and easy to administer users.
We were able to move from LogMeIn to Splashtop with little difficulty other than the time required to install the software on each PC.
Yes - We replaced LogMeIn, primarily due to LogMeIn increasing their prices, but we've found that Splashtop's functionality and ease-of-use is actually superior in some respects. It clearly provides better value for the money.

Great for getting remote access to your PC's. May be overkill if you only need to access a single PC.
