Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop
I use this platform to remote into PCs off site in order to help troubleshoot or install programs. Having the ability to remote in and fix something without walking the user through steps to connect was a key factor in purchasing this product.

- Having ability to remote into off site or multiple site PCs is a great asset
I like the security features it enables. So if someone found access to my PC they wouldn't have access to the remote connections without specific passwords. This is a plus as well.
It was easy. From sales to implementation took only hours. It's a stable platform and I am happy with our purchase.
