Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop
We have the streamer set up on all of our machines to provide support for our end users and to allow them remote access to their PCs. It enables use to support users in 8 locations across 3 states.
- It is easy to organize users and permissions.
- Multiple monitor configurations are handled with ease.
- Installation and support is easy for non-technical people.
- Splashtop SOS is a reliable backup option when there are permissions issues.
- I can't think of anything.
- Easy to use and explain. Probably saves on road trips or flights.
Security seems standard.
