Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop

Having several remote sites and several remote employees, Splashtop has been a godsend. The system has been faultless, and our employees have grown to trust their uninterrupted access. We were with another Worldwide remote software company many years ago but suffered from too much downtime and high costs. We have been with Splashtop almost since its inception and have not had any reason to complain.

Pros

  • Reliability
  • Low cost
  • Excellent remote access.

Cons

  • I can see none.
  • Maybe use icons instead of words.
  • Make mobile access easier.
  • Investment is necessary in our case.
  • We could work without Splashtop but it would cost a lot.
  • Our employees are comfortable that the majority of IT problems can be resolved not only remotely, but immediately.
  • Too many questions here!
I never really needed to contact help. Once, it was about my lack of realization that payment was missing.

We operate a small group on four remote sites and need frequent remote assistants because attending each site would be costly.
