Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop

We use Splashtop to access remote computers of our staff to upgrade and install software. Also, we use this as a tool to diagnose and repair malfunctioning computers.
The product is easy and very intuitive to use at a great price point.
Technical support is always available, friendly and very knowledgeable.

Never a long wait and staff very knowledgeable.
Product is robust and secure with remote access.
