Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop

I started using Splashtop when I opened my computer consulting business. It has been a terrific experience for me when helping users thought out the country.
I have clients here in the Chicago area as well as Washington state and Florida. I've been able to get to Macs, Windows pc's, and even an iPhone to help out customers.

I highly recommend Splashtop to all computer consultants.
  • Easy to set up
  • Great experience for the customer
  • Immediate response to the customer's issue
  • Wish that Apple wouldn't make it so that you need to do setup before using it (from the customer point of view)
  • It has helped me to get customers that I would not be able to - since they are in a different state
  • I have been able to make more money using Splashtop without leaving my home office
I have contacted Splashtop tech support a couple of time and they've been very responsive and quick to answer my questions immediately.
It is very secure and my customers are happy to have it available since I can get into the customer's computer ONLY when they provide the 9-digit code, so there's no opportunity for me to do anything on their computer (if they were worried)
I was onboarded with minutes once I purchased the product.
I was able to get a free trial and that was wonderful so I could compare it to other apps (like Teamviewer).

Splashtop is so much better.
Yes - It replaced TeamViewer. Teamviewer was more expensive and harder to use.

Great for helping users who are either not in the same state as you or if they are just too far to drive to.
Great for helping customers with a simple, quick question instead of driving to the customer
