Best remote access
Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop
It has allowed me to work remotely and stay on top of daily functions while away on vacation. It's also been a great tool for trouble shooting problems in our organization such as machine breakdown, for example I was in Florida for 3 weeks an one of our CNC machines was not functioning properly and I was able to connect and find the issue and have a team member do the physical work while I repaired the software problems.
All in all it has been a wonderfull asset to us and I would recommend Splashtop to anyone who is in need of potential constant contact with they're business.

- multi screen fuctional
- very low latency providing you are using a good internet connection
- the mobile app also works well when needed
Cons
- I have not seen any particular area in need of improvement for my usage
- no down time
- for the cost you can't go wrong
Splashtop has been the perfect solution for our organization
Onboarding was so simple I feel that anyone with minmal experience with a remote solution could have it up and running in minutes
Yes - Splashtop replaced teamviewer. Base on our minimal usage teamviewer was free, however once they realized I was using it for intemittent business use they tried to force us into a commercial solution which for our needs was an absurd amount of money. Splashtop's reasonable pricing and free trial made me decide to go with pro version
