Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop
As a tech support company we rely heavily on Splashtop for our remote support and monitoring. Our staff are able to leverage the tools to provide excellent response and support. The integration with Bitdefender allows us to provide a coverage the gives piece of mind and is also a revenue stream.

- Filter by group is not sticky
- Default screen on login has changed - should be the dashboard
- acknowledging virus actions on a system takes 4 clicks and must be filtered again
- Better support offerings - better hourly rate

We moved from GoToAssist to Splashtop in one day. The interface was intuitive and did not take much time to learn the functionality.
Yes - GoToAssist and TeamViewer. Both products raised their prices and did not offer the same security levels.
