Splashtop makes remote support of our users simple and quick. It also is the perfect tool for the remote worker.
Pros
- manage multiple monitors
- match resolution
- quick and easy remote control
Cons
- I don't see any room for improvement
- during covid we were able to move 100% of the staff to remote as needed
- allows me to support out users without touching their keyboard
Easy to set up and very secure
We can get users setup in a matter of minutes without touching their keyboard, even the most novice user is able to setup without issue.
