The secure remote besides works easy and with no issues, gave us the confident since all connections are 256-Bit AES encryption. the extra security option like 2MFA authentication, and the history logs about how much time a session is active or what files was transferred, it gives us the visibility of the work done by the technician.
The customizable fields before the deploy helps us to adapts to our end users how to use the service desk, this initial onboarding we received directly support from Splashtop support, after that the deploy of the streamers to the endpoints was easy, it can be done also using GPO, in our case our technicians schedule direct assistance to the endpoints and in every visit we start deploy the streamer, right now is almost deploy in almost all our endpoints.
